Manic episode symptoms will come with periods of elated moods, which may include thoughts that are racing in your head, extreme irritability or behavior that is reckless. The symptoms for this can include inappropriate sense of euphoria or elation, talking too much and having racing thoughts, extreme irritability, reckless behavior, sleep is abnormal, too much energy, your spending becomes out of control, difficulty concentrating, increased activity that is not normal for you including sexual activity, judgment is poor and your behavior is aggressive.

If you notice that you are experiencing any of these symptoms of Bipolar disorder then you need to seek help now. This illness will not just go away and it will get worse if it is left untreated. Diagnosing Bipolar is not hard to do for doctors but you don’t want to try and deal with this problem on your own.
